BF Petroleum Group Making History One Year at a Time

Our company’s journey is characterised by the history we have recorded, the milestones we have reached and the achievements we have accomplished over the years. It all started in 1970 when Mr Frans Pieterse (Snr) signed into Caltex Louis Trichardt Depot for the very first time. From a single man with a vision and an unwavering dedication, who sold only one product in 1981; we continued to evolve into the reputed provincial petroleum supplier we are today.

Throughout the decades, we have opened depots, built offices, celebrated accomplishments and overcome challenges.

We continued to innovate and have always remained steadfast in our belief that we are Stronger Together.

During these years, the Pieterse family, our company directors and hundreds of our employees all over Limpopo have contributed to the Group’s success. This is marked by numerous awards, upward growth, and the staunch support we have gained from our stakeholders and community.
